Data Forensics and Recovery

Our latest service is recovering data from portable media - i.e. CDs, floppies, Zip disks etc.  We have successfully recovered most if not all images from corrupt CDs from digital cameras, and can do the same thing for all portable media - including memory cards for digital cameras!  If you have lost images on this type of media remove it from the device and call!

Do you have an old computer that doesn't run anymore but you want the data off of it?  Have you been saving your word documents or Quicken files on a floppy or zip disk only to have it corrupt and now you can't see anything?  Have you removed files from your hard drive and want them back?

Has a spouse deleted financial files or other files from a computer that may be needed in civil or criminal litigation?  

I can help you.  As a retired police officer, I have over 18 years of experience in Criminal Investigation and courtroom testimony.  Not only can I recover the data, but I can testify to and present it in court.

Using the latest software tools and data imaging, I can examine the drive in question and determine if the files can be recovered.  If the drive is still turning or making noise like it's running then the files can probably be recovered.  If the drive is just plain dead, doesn't run when it's plugged in, then it requires mechanical parts that at the present time are beyond the scope of my services (but I'm working on it...).  I can examine a drive and give you an opinion without costing you an arm and a leg.  If I can't help you, I can point you to the people who can.
